1. 室内设计，项目管理或机电相关专业
2. 3年以上施工管理经验
3. 3年以上团队管理经验

职位技能：
1. 熟练使用Microsoft Project软件
2. 良好的组织及沟通能力
3. 良好的文本能力
4. 高度的时间观念及较强的适压能力
5. 掌握专业机电知识为佳
6. 良好的电脑技能
7. 良好的服务意识
