职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 组织制定行政部工作发展规划、计划与预算方案
2. 组织制定行政管理规章制度及监督、检查制度的贯彻执行
3. 组织、协调公司年会、员工关怀及各类会议
4. 制定公司组织接待制度、标准和流程，并监督和指导部门执行
5. 建立和完善公司固定资产管理体系；固定资产、办公设施、办公用品管理与维护
6. 负责组织公司对外形象宣传和相关文案设计，代表公司与外界有关部门和机构保持良好公共关系
7. 负责组织公司保卫、消防工作，确保公司财产安全
任职资格：
1.本科或以上学历，行政管理、信息管理类专业优先；
2.5年以上行政工作经验，2年以上行政管理经验；
3.具备一定的公文写作能力，较好的文字处理能力，报告撰写能力；
4.工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力。 举报 分享
