Key Outputs: What we can expect from you
职位关键职责
? Perform laboratory tests on samples and comply with data integrity in testing and records.
? 实验室样品分析并达到测试及记录数据的真实性
? Compare test results against target, norm, and/or specification and liaises with the appropriate personnel regarding the test.
? 与目标、标准和/或规范的测试结果进行比较，并就测试情况联络相关人员。
? Perform tests on standard samples to ensure that equipment is performing within limits of SQA and to investigate any deviations beyond control limits.
? 用QC样品测试,确保仪器在SQA的范围之内, 当有任何偏差超出控制限时进行调查和研究
? Prepare and generate quality reports and maintain records of all test results and also prepare and standardize all necessary reagents in accordance with specified methods
? 保持所有测试的记录,准备并形成质量报告,按规定的方法对所需试剂进行标准化
? Ensure all equipment is calibrated in accordance to documented schedule before use. Maintain laboratory equipment in good and accurate operating condition

? The laboratory technician is required to participate in continuous improvement activities in the area of quality, productivity and cost

? Assist in the prevention and combat of hazardous situations, such as chlorine leaks, toxic chemical spills, product losses, oil and other forms of pollution and situations dangerous to life and property including fire-fighting and rendering of first aid.
? 在紧急情况下提供协助。例如当有毒化学品泄漏，产品损失，润滑油和其他形式的污染，有可能导致生命和财产损失时，协助消防和急救工作。
? Perform housekeeping in the laboratory regularly

? Participate in OIMS (safety systems) activities and comply with its requirements.

? Comply with Infineum Quality Management System ( quality) systems requirement

? The laboratory technician is expected to comply and commit to operation procedure and practices which enhance safety, health and protect the environment.

? College or University graduated in Chemical, analysis or the equivalent.
? 化工、分析行业或相关行业专科及本科以上学历
? At least 2 years experience of analysis
? 至少两年从事分析的工作经验
? Chemistry industry or Lubrication industry is preferred.
? 有化工或润滑油行业背景的优先考虑
? Must be prepared to work on a 2-cycle shift work.
能接受和适应每班12小时的倒班工作方式
? An effective team player with good communication skills.
