Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for Node level system related work, which includes feature pre-pre-study and pre-study on Node level, leading the pilot work for new techniques, maintaining the product roadmap on Node level, and pursuing the new opportunity for product improvements. The main focus for this job is the system work.
· Writing pre-pre-study and pre-study document
· Working together with SW designer / I&V engineer in XFT for feature development / Giving support for feature team’s development work
· Trouble analysis on Node level
· Work in cross-unit environment with external colleagues
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Telecoms or Computing or Network design or ICT or Software development (including mathematics)
At least 5 years working experience in related area.
Good communication skills and verbal/written English skills.
A comprehensive knowledge of hardware and software features and constraints for 2G/3G
Strong SW architecture & system analysis competence
Familiar with general Testing Methodology and technologies
Familiar with UML language.
