职位描述：
工作职责：
? Analyze the requests (developments /quotation) to be sure that all details are clear and if not, revert to Buying Office.
? Distribute developments/quotations to best suitable Production Office according to strategy and market capability.
? Work on alternative opns with SC in terms of product, price etc from purchasing prospective.
? Coordinate quality issues and critical path analysis or risk assessment at the beginning and communicate with solutions to get the best deal.
? Strong follow up on maintain timeline on quoting price, D/s, Q/s on time to make market decision.
? Collect and evaluate developments/quotation samples from and select best deal together with the team.
? Send best options to buyer to review and comment.
? Strong follow up to maintain timeline on quoting price, sampling and making market decision.
? Secure market decisions by analyzing best deals, strategic market share, SC situation and other related issues.
? Communicate dropped reasons, feedbacks and impact if any.
? Secure hand over process with full package (if any) to PO when market choice is confirmed.
? Provide & seek time to time feedback from markets about developments, quotations, communications.
? Write split orders based on landed cost opportunities, capacity or market risk prospective.
? Analyze global or market specific capacity situation, if any impact, find solutions aligned with SC and BO.
? Keep track on ph/s to ensure the market decision made on time and will sent by PO on time, if any impact pls communicate.
? Review production planning along with SC to make sure it meet required ISW, any challenge pls take integrated initiative to resolve.
? Work on repeat orders planning to ensure best ISW, and that followed speed order method.

? Able to take ownership and initiative from global prospective to resolve issues and make it happen.
? Higher interest to grow, eager to learn and take challenges for the department and for thyself.
? Relevant knowledge on product, process and production markets concerning price, quality, capacity ,capabilities and lead time
? Able to integrate supply chain and buying office demand in purchasing process, working methods and timeline.
? Experience in handling buyer and global production offices in an strategic way.
? Need to be open minded, good team player to adopt in a multi-cultural organization.
