职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Report directly to Program Management Office (PMO) on Continuous Improvement projects
? Taking an end to end role from looking for synergies and process efficiencies in individual plans and between departments, coordinating and facilitating the performance measurement / documentation process, & reviewing and managing reporting, analytics and decision making to facilitate continuous improvement in operational excellence throughout the whole organization
? Define Process Reviews, Business Cases, set targets & KPIs, prepare change management roadmap, develop transition plan, track benefits, and assist PMO for preparing related reports.
? Liaise with management to coordinate process improvement and project activities. Act as project manager as for some projects
? Identify, coordinate, develop & deliver in-house training programs deliverables to target sites for all levels of staff, w/ corresponding evaluation reports for continuous improvements

Requirements:
? Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or Quality Management. An MBA degree holder will be advantageous.
? At least 5 years working experience in process management, and have general understanding on business operational processes in various industries; knowing logistics industry is an advantage, and been in consulting roles is definitely an advantage.
? Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, with innovative & creative problem analysis & solving skills, target-oriented to provide project deliverables; good command in languages (Chinese: Mandarin/Cantonese, English), and possess good people communication skills - able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
? Solid track record & practical experience in process improvement methodology tools with respective certifications in 5S, Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, BPM, Program, Project & Change Management
? Excellent data analytical skills, reporting and comprehensible presentation skills
? Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and Statistical Package such as minitab.
