Job Description:
Responsible for requirement/ use case analysis & clarification
Responsible for requirement documentation
Responsible for communicate between the developers and the business users　
Responsible for bug analysis to identify whether it is a requirement/scenario issue or system defect.

Skill Requirements:
Have strong communication skills and able to guide the users to think about the real business scenario instead of system requirements.
Have SFDC background and understand SFDC system limitation
Have good skills to manage user expectation
Fluent in reading, writing and oral English and able to communicate with business stakeholders
Background in Education & Training industry (Better)
