主要职责：
- 现场领导精益操作程序，培训其他精益操作相关人员
- 协助实现现场政策部署，进行关键绩效和战略目标的设定，参与月度KPI评估
- 推动和促进操作流程和信息数据的评估，以确定精益操作的改进重点及成本控制项目
- 及时准确地准备每日、每周和月度KPI报告
- 根据要求执行操作标准调查比较
- 不断优化存位系统和操作流程
- 协助生产工程师进行流程改善建议及实施
- 推行和执行从公司总部推广的先进管理模式，持续改善作业效率和流程
- 学习和执行客户所有EHS政策的要求和规定
- 在所有的责任范围内实行“最优方法”的推广实施
- 完成直接上级交办的其它工作
要求：
- 大专及以上学历，物流或制造业等相关专业
- 有多品种高产量零部件生产以及手动和全自动组装流程管理经验
- 深刻解精益原则,5 - 10年执行改善经验
- 具备FMEA、KANBAN、KAIZEN、日常/可视化管理、5S、SMED、VSM、等解决问题方法和品保的方法的相关知识
- 良好的现场生产和制造工作知识，较强的动手能力
- 较强的制造业和流程知识,了解物料计划。
- 中文良好，能听说读写
- 英语可以看、写
- 态度积极、性格稳重
- 具有影响力
