职位描述：
? Scope/Summary:

Conduct core financial planning and analytical duties, including forecasting, budgeting, analysis and KPI/performance monitoring; Play an active role in sales analysis and forecasting to support local business development and new initiatives; Provide legal support in daily operations and business execution process to make sure all local business activities are compliant with Corporate rules and Chinese laws and regulations; Other duties may be assigned as required.


?Essential Functions:

1.Prepare China business economic modeling and P&L statements.

2.Prepare budgets incl. expenses, capital, etc., forecasts and monthly F/S review related to the financial performance of China business in comparison to established goals in coordination with local team and International Finance team.

3.Coordinate China SDP process including the set-up of KPIs and metrics, weekly review and monthly reporting to International and Corporate.

4.Analyze operating cost and results on monthly basis to identify challenges and research potential recommendations to provide local management a clear understanding of the Company’s financial progress.

5.Develop sales reporting format, analysis template and tools, and maintain historical data base of all reports and analysis.

6.Collect and consolidate sales data and information from all relevant data sources to prepare, analyze and distribute sales analysis reports by channel including but not limited to POS, Pro, KA and dealer.

7.Support inventory forecast and analysis in coordination with Operations team, i.e. inventory plans, inventory turns, inventory levels of specific products and lines, inventory plans for new or proposed products, customer inventory plans, etc..

8.Support to business negotiation with Key Account through advices and recommendations from financial perspective.

9.Work with Group legal counsel and outside attorney to review the terms and conditions of contracts (excl. employment contracts), and be responsible for proper business contracts filing, archive and management.

10.Provide legal liaison and support to make sure all local business activities are compliant with Corporate rules and Chinese laws and regulations.

11.New subsidiary company or/and branch registration and liquidation.

12.Support to new business initiatives or/and M&A.

13.Support China MD in internal approval process from International and Corporate on pricing, new business, investment, contract, legal compliance, etc..

14.Work with local and Corporate accounting team to make sure all financial data and report are accurate and up to date.


?Job Qualifications:

?University graduate with Bachelor degree in accounting or finance management, Chinese CPA preferable

?Previous 5-8 years of experiences on a similar role of FA or BA in multinational working environment, Big 4 accounting firm experience preferable

?Familiar with import /export / retail business; knowledge and experience of M&A and liquidation is a plus

?Hands-on, detail oriented, demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results

?Strong logic with business acumen, good analytical capability with strong financial modeling skills

?High ethical standard and self-disciplined

?Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills, can work independently and also in a team environment

?Fluent oral and writing skills both in English & Chinese

?Quick learner, experiences in ERP system, SAP or/and K3

?Proficient in MS Offices including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
