The Position
The Title: Office Manager (Beijing Branch office),Beijing
Reporting To: Operation Director,China DCL
Subordinators: 1 direct, 4-5 indirect.

Purpose of the position
To manage daily operations and services of the DSM Beijing Branch Office, provide a comfort/safe/healthy working environment to all staff, support the business activities of the office user groups; ensure the office operation is legal, security and is in compliant to government regulations.

The Challenge
Key areas of accountability/responsibility
1. Business registration for all legal entities and all government related affairs.
2. Host VIP visitors/clients.
3. SHE and Security governance to the entire office users.
4. Drive risk assessment for the office.
5. File report for any SHE/Security incident.
6. Budgeting and cost management.
7. Deliver office services thought managing service providers.
8. Storage management.
9. Arrange employment and employee benefit programs.
10. Liaise with the building owner to resolve building related issues.
11. Reception management, visitor management.
12. Vendor management.

Authorities
1. Issue of work permit, stop non-compliance work
2. 1st level purchasing approver.
3. Line manager to admin assistant.
4. Grant security access to the office.
5. Supplier management.

Projects/special assignments
1. Path finding for new office location.
2. Senior user to the office related project.


The Ideal
1. At least 10 year experience in office management or administration support functions.
2. Education level: collage graduate above
3. Office management, supplier management
4. Basic HR and Finance
5. Local market of real estate
6. SHE and Security policies
