职位描述：

岗位职责：
1、贯彻执行公司薪资福利管理制度；
2、汇总、核算员工每月基本工资、绩效工资等薪酬数据，准时、准确发放工资；协助建立健全公司的薪酬、福利、晋升、绩效、激励制度，梳理相关业务流程；
3、编制人力资源相关预算、人力成本相关报表；
4、员工社保、公积金福利操作；
5、上级交办的其他人力资源相关工作，协助部门日常事务管理工作。

岗位要求：
1、大专、全日制本科及以上学历，有人力资源工作经验者优先；
2、对数据敏感，有很好的数据分析统筹能力，熟练使用exce、office软件；
3、有较强的工作责任心，能独立工作并分析问题；
4、具备团队合作精神，执行能力强，条理性和计划性强。
