职位描述
The customer service is responsible for sales order entries and maintenance, shipment release, inventory management and forecast order management. The incumbent reports to the CS Manager,
Job Duties
- Input sales order and arrange shipment
- Closely collaborate with Field Sales to maintain healthy level of inventory
- Handle pre-order and sample request
- Deal with customers' enquiries
- Forecast order management
- Payment Settlement
Job Requirements
- College in any discipline with at least 1 year experience in sales co-ordination or customer service role
- MUST BE proficient in spoken and written English with CET Level 4 or above
- Knowledge on semiconductor product with experience to provide on time delivery to customers and enhance
customer satisfaction level are strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good time management skills and PC literacy on Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Work Location : Shanghai
