职位描述：
Your responsibilities:
The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for the Reception Area, Finance Function and General Administrative Team Support. This includes:
? Helping with setting up a new office location
? Answer incoming calls of main switchboard ( monitor, screen, respond and distribute incoming communication)
? Process standard and electronic mail (open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence)
? Processes a variety of documents and materials (e.g. time sheets, work orders, requisitions, travel reimbursements, IPROCS, Entry Face Badges, etc.) in compliance with established administrative guidelines.
? Maintains inventory of supplies and materials (e.g. forms, office supplies, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring items’ availability.
? Coordinate travel arrangements & making the according booking (airline, hotel and rental car) & other arrangements like visa applications, process expense reports
? Set up internal meetings including catering

Our requirements to you:
- Excellent fresh graduates
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
- Very good knowledge in popular software tools like Microsoft Office etc.
- Personality:
Team work, good communicate.
Detail oriented, be willing to work on routine/repetitive issues
