he/she might be a Training Manager within one year depending on his/her capability.
Position Responsibilities
1.Analyze and consolidate training need of business (customer) requirement for all 3 Biomet sites
2.Delivers training programs at all sites including General training (e.g. Company Orientation, all soft skills and management training)
3.Organizes compliant training at all sites including on The Job Training (OJT), online and other specific training with admin resource support.
4.Manages the day to day activities in the learning management system with admin resource support.
5.Ensures that training plans and records (from on the job ,skill training ,in house attended courses and off site seminars courses and the like) are accurate, up to date and maintained in a in the Learning Management System (SAP)
6.Ensures training module effectiveness of LMS and supporting systems
7.Provides up to date and accurate data reports to help the business leaders make better decisions regarding training.
8.Ensures temporary staff, new hires, transfers and promotions are notified of job specific training requirements
9.Ensures the development in the execution of consistent and effective training programs (e.g. operational/technical training, personal and managerial special assignments) that will qualify employees to meet their current or future job requirements or capability needs. Guide OJT to implement to operation system.
10.Develop internal trainer team from within all functions and implement "Train The Training" course to internal trainer team by selecting and training potential internal facilitators
11.Supports external cooperation projects and maintains strong relationships with local education organizations
12.Develops effective preventative and corrective actions for human performance within the quality system for Audit
13.Develop Learning organization Environment including Library and assistance education
Requirements
1.Degree holder in Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Management or related discipline;
2.5- 7 years relevant experience in designing and delivering training programs in multinational Company
3.Developed compliant (regulated) and non compliant (general/soft skills) training
4.Fully understands learning methodologies and learning design
5.Demonstrates solid experience in training evaluation and reporting, can link to business results
6.Fully experienced in developing and managing LMS learning processes and systems
