HR SUPERVISOR
BIOMET HR Team
Location: Zhejiang, China

Job Summary
This job is to be performed by an experienced HR generalist who has experience in implementation of the right policies to meet the needs of the business, plus has HR leadership experience. The incumbent assists in the planning and development work in line with the facility business goals and strategies, and serves an interface between the HR function and the internal customers.

Job/ Position Title: HR Supervisor
Supervisor (Position): HR Manager, ZBiomet
(Management-) Level: Supervisor

Key Position Responsibilities
? Managing day-to-day HR activities and ensuring fair distribution of priorities to the HR team.
? Gives inputs for manpower resources to achieve the business plan.
? Assist HR Manager to develop adequate organizational structures and optimizes HR processes.
? Implements appropriate HR Policies/systems: Recruiting & Staffing, C&B, Employment Relations, etc.
? Ensures correct implementation of compensation & benefits systems and correctly applies social legislation.
? Hires high potential competent persons for different levels through different recruiting channels.
? Assist in fostering positive company climate/culture in the plant, ensures adequate employee relations and communication flows in different levels inside the plant.
? Responsible for training and development of direct reports.
? Ensure careful management of HR budget and costs and look for cost saving opportunities.
? Implement the work plan assigned by the HR Manager and achieve the ZB team, HR team and personal goals.

Experience
Skills and Abilities (Can Do Criteria):
? Bachelor or above degree, relative major in human resource.
? At least 6 years working experience, 1-2 years HR Supervisor experience in multi-national company.
? Be seasoned with Human resource's operation, law and regulation of HR.
? Strong communication and coordination skill in daily job is required.
? Fluent both written and oral English is required.
? Professional training and facilitation skills are preferable.
? The ability to multi-task and produce detailed work accurately and quickly.

? Liaison with other BIOMET departments in China.
? China HR colleagues.
? Local management teams.
? Co-ordination and communication with recruiters, hiring web, talent market, University and other functions.
