工作职责JD:

1.校区销售管理
Territory Sales Management
2.校区服务监督管理
Supervise the students service work
3.校区教学相关监督管理
Supervise the teaching related work
4.财务行政后勤安全工作
Assist to manage on finance, admin and logistic related work
5.校区市场支持方面协助
Campus marketing support
6.参与制定分校预算，并监督执行，确保收入、费用、利润目标的实现
Participating in submitting the budget of learning branch schools, monitoring and verifying the revenue, expenses and profits goals
7.及时、准确提交各项工作报告、报表
Hand in all related report timly and accurately
8.支持其他分校,确保公司总体目标的达成 Give support to all centers for their achieving the schools operation goal
Give other campus support to achieve the overall target
9.团队建设和人员培养及管理
Regional team and staff development
10.制定并执行每日工作计划
Develop and Execute daily working plan
11.学校及主管要求的其它工作
Other affairs required by school or competent authorities

岗位任职要求/Requirements:
必备条件/Prerequisites:
1.相关专业本科以上学历
Related Bachelor Degree is a must.
2.良好的英语基础
Possess well essential English skills.
3.3年以上相关行业销售工作经验，1年以上管理经验
Over 5 years sales working experiences, at least 2 years managerial experiences
4.目标导向，主动性强
Goal-oriented, Highly motivated and enthusiastic
5.良好的沟通协调能力
Excellent communication skills
6.承压能力强
Perform under pressure
7.良好的团队合作意识
Good sense of team work
