Job Summary

The role will work with the India marketing teams and to assist with the continuing development and maintenance of a contact management and marketing database – Salesforce.com. There will be data collection, review, editing and reporting involved. This role will also be involved in gathering data via variety of sources. This role will also be responsible for regular analytics and metrics reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management/Campaign and Touchpoints Management

· Continuously assess and evaluate data integrity and quality and implement measures and/or processes for improvement

· Responsible for ensuring all database related documents are kept up to date and has a consistent message and approach including data protocols, training and ad hoc communications

· Ability to identify data irregularities and provide appropriate solutions

· Create new accounts, companies and contacts

· Updating contact details – either via updates marketing team provides or via their online subscriptions to India sources

· Data analysis and manipulation for clean up and data revision using Microsoft Excel and/or Access for reporting purposes (including basic VBA coding), data housekeeping on a monthly basis

· Create and edit campaigns; Tag campaign members to the campaign

· Basic data analysis and manipulation for marketing metrics

· Conduct research of targeted list of client companies to verify, check and amend existing data concerning individual contact details in database; via websites

· Complex report development, report generation, data analysis and manipulation for marketing metrics
