4-5年BPO项目管理经验，不介意项目背景。

Responsibilities/Authorities
？ Responsible for the all case management in China site.
？ Would assist in data entry, provide training for the team, and manage their works in China site.
？ Ensure consistency with quality, accuracy, and medical safety standards.
？ Work to ensure documents are of high quality, scientifically accurate, meet company standards and regulatory requirements and reflect a consensus among team members that is acceptable to all appropriate reviewers
？ Communicate with client if it is required during the data entry processing
？ Track all progress and activity due date and alert team when it seems to be overdue

Educational and Experience Requirements :
？ Good Japanese reading, writing, listening, and speaking
？ Good English reading and writing
？ Good negotiation and oral communication skills
？ Good organization management skills
？ Ability to prioritize and handle several tasks simultaneously
？ Knowledge of Medical terminology is preferred
？ Knowledge of ICH regulatory requirements is preferred
