Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst is responsible for assisting the Japan Team lead to ensure the successful execution of administration tasks around the ongoing operation of Japan employee related programs and processes relevant to business needs, including but not limited in contractor management, leave management, exit management and performance management process etc. Also some compliance related process is included. Based on sound knowledge of HR processes, policies and tools, provides guidance, support and expertise to the customers.
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing the execution of a range of processes within the HR Service Centre to provide HR support in accordance with the following AEE service lines:
- Exit management
- Leave administration
- Employee data management
- Employee ES document check
- Employee Certification Administration
- HR System data Management
- Defined Contribution Plan Management
Transactions (SAP and other)
· Ensure the completion of all administrative tasks related to the implementation of the service lines noted above
· Ensure the Team perform information maintenance and update for all service lines (e.g. new hires, leave administration, personnel information changes and updates, benefit etc.) in an accurate and timely manner
Systems / Standards
· Maximize the effectiveness of the HR function by ensuring the Team use systems and procedures that ensure compliance with Accenture standards
