1.Overall responsible for delivery portfolio for group’s part ; to provide oversight and provide guidance to manage project risks and issues
2.As the escalation point when there is any project delivery issue or when a project status is in Red.
3.Build consistent project reporting and other delivery excellence processes across all delivery center projects
4.Ensure consistent and industrialized use of our our company’s methods and tools
5.Responsible for Delivery review & sign off for new projects, ensuring deliverability
6.Intervene and help troubled projects
7.Work with capability lead to plan training when there is project need.
