职位描述
Main responsibilities:
1. Overseas HRIS Management in China Region including:
- PeopleSoft CoreHR System including access, process management; Organization Structure, Jobs changes, etc.
- Attendance system - eflow requirements and changes management;
- TCCP platform information posting and update;
- Support Overseas HRIS requirements including all other regions, and Malaysia operations;
2. Improve Operational Excellence of HRIS and other related systems in HR domain;
3. Manage quality and data integrity of the current system;
4. Perform standard and adhoc HRIS reports; provide necessary improvement as required;
5. Work with IT or other teams to solve system related issues;
6. Provide Training to other HR members;
7. Participate HRIS related projects as required;
8. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or 5-8 years HRIS relevant work experiences in a multinational company; worked in a manufacturing company is a preference.
2. English proficient in writing, and reading; Good command of speaking;
3. Well established Peoplesoft skills and HR knowledge ;
4. Good Microsoft Office Skills, for example word and PPT;
5. Excellent problem solving, communication skills and can work with various levels of employees and executives in the company
6. Good team work skills, Proactive, can work under pressure, innovation and commit to deadlines
7. IT background preferred. Male preferred.
