Position: Plant Manager-Security Product
Report to: SVP Operations, Country Manager of China
Subordinates: 30
Location: Kunshan

Main responsibilities:

Has strong leadership skills with experience of operating a manufacturing plant in an international environment;
Focuses on Health, Safety and Environmental issues;
Has detailed understanding of financial issues in relation to manufacturing and analysis of production Key Performance Indicators;
Ensures the conformity of the operation of the plant to the laws of the country;
Leads the works council and the health & safety council;
Responsible for the efficient operation of the plant (quality, cost, lead-time), according to the business plan targets;
Promotes Group activities and information to the plant employees;
Promotes continuous improvement and benchmark activities.

Education:
Master or Bachelor Engineering degree
Generalist or mechanical is a plus.
Language:Fluent written and verbal English

Professional experience:

10+ years in production field, 5+ years as production manager, operation manager or plant manager
Long term experience in Western companies
Strong experience in project transfer
Solid knowledge in quality management
Solid knowledge in assembly and mechanical
Experience to manage a plant with about 50-100 people
Good ability to develop organization, and train subordinates
Fluent English
Persistent, good ability to handle pressure, strong heart
Mature and stable
Very good communication skill,
Team working skill
