Position: Senior Finance Manager
Report to: Country Manager of China
Subordinates: 3
Location: Kunshan, Jiangsu province

Job Summary: Manage the overall Finance, legal and IT functions of company China

Main responsibilities:

? In charge of the financial management including accounting, audit, credit control, tax and treasure/cash management etc. in China.
? Manage all financial processes in accordance with Group's guideline and local regulation.
? Implement and maintain the budgeting and reporting policies and practices as required by Group.
? Analyze financial results and provide the management, each business function and department with a clear understanding of the financial performance. Proactively identify deviations and establish action plans to take corrective actions when required.
? Co-ordinate all local and Group IT needs and initiatives including implementation of the ERP system.
? Supervision of all direct reports and staff and providing them guidance and understanding of the Group policies.
? Productivity and Variance analysis, Product Costing and monitoring of key performance indices in the manufacturing operations.
? Participate in periodic business review meetings and focus on critical matters that could affect business performance. This would also include the Business Board meetings.
? Ensure compliance. Direct the preparation of consolidated financial statements and review operating budget, and evaluate the impact of related actions under consideration by the company.
? Work closely with A/P regional finance manager and operating executives on financial issues and operating plans, capital acquisitions and investments.
? Interface with all legal, regulatory and governmental agencies to resolve issues and achieve corporate operating objectives.
? Advise on tax planning and report activities and provide liaison with outside auditors, regulatory authorities and major shareholders.

Desired profile of the candidate

Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Finance or CPA.
Language:Fluent Mandarin and Proficiency with English.

Professional experience:

? Minimum 10 years of all round financial experience including financial analysis, controls, reporting, planning and treasury, bank relations in sizable organizations or multinational environment.
? Prior positions in manufacturing companies taking managerial role.
? In-depth knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Tax issues, Accounting Processes.
? Well-organized, effective, committed and independent.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Good computing skills especially in spreadsheet, database management applications and word processing.
? Be familiar with financial system.
? Experience to handle Hong Kong office is preferred
? Familiar with matrix reporting line.
