Principal Responsibilities:

1.To manage a team of accountants (over 15 persons) and to make sure proper control and work load balancing mechanism is in place.

2.To ensure that appropriate books and records ard kept in compliance with company,group and statutory requirements.

3.To implements and maintains accounting practices and procedure to ensure accurate and reliable accounting data and interacting with internal and external auditors.

4.To ensure that the following are produced accurately and on time:

a) Annual,interim and monthly accounts (financial and management);

b) Half-yearly stock check and valuation;

c) Annual Budget.

5.To conduct cost monitoring and control and provide ad hoc analysis as instructed.

6.To ensure that monthly tax returns (VAT&CIT) are submitted to Tax Bureau on time.

7.To ensure the preparation and distribution lf financial accounts to the local statutory bodies.

8.To ensure the preparation of financial information to the requirement of Caterpillar.

9.To provide training to subordinates through periodic performance review so as to improve the overall quality of financial reports and accounting data.

Position Requirements :

Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance or economics.
Honest and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Proved ability to lead a sizable team(>10 staff)and solid experience of team spirit fostering;
Good English proficiency.

Experience:1. Experience with full set of accounts for WOFE with multiple

companies.

2. Over 8 years working experience of accounting and more than

two years in the senior position.

Specialized Knowledge:

1. Professional experience with PRC and Hong Kong GAAP;

2. Experience in machinery sales business a plus;

3. Over 8 years working experience in accounting with at least 4

years in managerial position.
