负责制定骨架焊接、装配工艺流程、平面布局，编制焊接工艺文件；
　　选择合理的焊接技术和设备，开发和制定具体的焊接工艺，满足产品技术的要求；
　　负责焊接设备的技术讨论、选型，提出工装夹具的制作技术要求，负责工装夹具的技术验收；
　　负责生产中焊接的技术支持、技术服务、进行质量跟踪；
　　配合相关部门，参与焊接工装的报价，做好焊接方面生产人员的岗位培训和指导；
　　针对生产过程中发生的和反馈的质量及工艺问题，及时进行分析和总结，不断提高和完善焊接工艺；
　　做好焊接工装及设备的维护保养。
