Steven Leach Group was established in 1972 and we have 10 offices in 9 countries with a reputation of being one of the leading international design firms in Asia. Our Shanghai office is fast growing and is looking for potential team members who are keen to develop their career with an expressive design environment. This office provides professional design services to a variety of clients in the hospitality and high-end residential projects.

Project Interior Designer (Hospitality Projects)
室内项目设计师（酒店类）
Requirements :
？ Diploma / Degree in Interior Design /Interior Architecture or equivalent
？ At least 6 years relevant working experience
？ A good creative sense and passion in design
？ Able to communicate and coordinate well and confidently with fellow colleagues, Client & Consultants
？ Must have knowledge of local building codes and best practices in construction and interior design.
？ AutoCAD, Photoshop, and free-hand sketch skills
？ Good communication skills

要求：
1． 室内设计/建筑专业或相关专业毕业；
2． 至少6年以上相关工作经验；
3． 在设计方面有创意和热情
4． 能够很好的有效的和团队成员，客户及项目顾问沟通；
5． 熟知施工和室内设计地方法规，并有实际的解决问题的能力；
6． 熟练使用AutoCAD, Photoshop等专业软件，手绘能力强；
7． 优秀的沟通能力。
