岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

Supports the System Engineer in deriving and evaluating requirements relevant to MD from the overall requirements

协助系统工程师从所有需求中导出与机械设计相关的需求，并对这些需求进行评估

Evaluates and aligns with the project team regarding deadlines, cost and resources

就项目的期限，费用及所需资源进行评估，并与项目组达成一致

Supports Project Manager to prepares the MD timing schedule, sample plan and release plan etc.

协助项目经理准备机械设计相关的时间计划，样品计划及设计发行计划等

Assigns design tasks to MD team members and tracks the project status regularly

分派设计任务给团队成员并定期追踪项目的状态

Supports design engineers to prepare the product design concept

协助设计工程师准备产品概念设计

Leads MD design concept verification (via Simulation, FMEA, FERKON etc.) and coordinates with experts if necessary

主导机械设计的验证（通过仿真，失效模式及影响分析，制造可行性分析等），协调相关专家进行各项评估

Evaluates the degree of maturity at the device level

评估产品的整体成熟度

Clarifies questions with internal and external customers

澄清内部及外部客户提出的相关问题

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

University Degree or above in ME, Plastic design experience and knowledge in plastic tools is your plus

大学学历机械专业，最好具备塑料设计经验和知识

Skilled in at least one of the following 3D software, CATIA, ProE, UG;

至少能够掌握一个三维软件，CATIA，ProE， UG;

Familiar with automotive product development, automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP and process of DFMEA.

熟悉汽车生产的开发，汽车开发过程，比如APQP和PPAP和DFMEA流程。

Familiar with automotive Quality standards like QS 9000,TS 16949;

熟悉汽车质量标准，比如QS9000，TS16949；

Professional PC experience (MS Office 2000, Lotus Notes, Internet);

具有专业的PC经验（MS Office 2000, Lotus Notes, Internet）；

Proficient in English language. German language skill would be your plus but not necessary.

熟练的英语，另外会一点德语，但不是必要的条件。
