Job Description:
You will report directly to leading consultant
Your main responsibilities are:
* to research and collect the required information of the industry and the talent market,
* to approach potential candidates in the market and maintain the data base by fresh status,
* to conduct interviews with potential candidates and access the candidates' general qualifications,
* and possibly to draft candidate proposals.
All your job has to definitely comply with the schedule of each project and development of other project members. You may be required or volunteer to work overtime.
Position Requirements
* bachelor or above degree.
* a self-starter and sense to all the information in the market with analytical acumen.
* excellent coordination and communication skills and high team-work spirit.
* persisting, self-timing and result-oriented
* good command of English both in written and spoken.
* good at operating MSoffice softwares.
