Position Description
Headquartered in USA, Our client has been world leading food brand in retail and baking worldwide. Our client will launch its' China business soon. To cope with the fast growing steps, on behalf of our client, Collars Consultants is looking for qualified candidates with high motivation to join the winning team:
Position: IT Manager
Report to: President
Location: Shanghai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Assesses IT infrastructure service needs and sets service direction and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with suppliers. Monitors service delivery and customer satisfaction to resolve issues and enhance services.
l Manages a strategy and assessment framework to identify risks and mitigation measures, in support of decision-making and effective risk management of outsourced IT services.
l Plans, develops, implements, manages, and executes proper processes, practices and procedures to provide standardized, repeatable, predictable, cost-effective IT service delivery through maturity improvements, leveraging a third party provider(s) for outsourced and multi-sourced IT services and support.
l Supports the implementation of company programs, procedures, methods and practices to promote company's key messages and achieve a competitive advantage
l Works cross-functionally with customers, Information Technology partners, suppliers and other teams to ensure successful execution of the IT sourcing program and delivery of IT infrastructure services.
l Develops strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results.
l Advises business and information technology leaders, providing relevant information to assist in making informed technology decisions.
l Develops system designs and architectures that meet business and technology objectives.
l Establishes software design, technology, application and other standards based on relevance, cost impact and team needs.
l Prepares, communicates and educates client groups and team on changes in policies and practices within the organization.
EDUCATION KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
l At least 5 yrs related working experience, analysis of technology infrastructures, operations and system integrations.
l Good communication skills, both orally and in writing
l Advanced knowledge of system architecture and design principles, practices and enabling tools
l Advanced knowledge of information technology portfolio, program and project management principles, best practices and enabling tools
l Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology partners
l Advanced knowledge of information technology change management principles, best practices and enabling tools
l Advanced project planning skills
l Bachelor degree or above
Successful candidates will be offered long-term development programs and career development plans, which allow them to grow into more senior positions.
