工作职责：

1. 能根据CD/AD说明, 完全理解Brief内容, 准确实现设计效果, 及有关视觉表现的工作;
2. 设计上的文字、色彩、图片、图案等的选择编排;
3. 完稿设计上的一切详细描述和确定;
4. 与业务团队保持良好密切的沟通, 坚持以公司利益为首要考虑点, 确保良好的交流平台;
5. 定期整理资料刻盘, 项目结束后及时备份资料;
6. 遵守资料管理规定, 合理使用和保管公司的软硬件;
7. 现场施工, 指导和监察工程进度, 组织搭建;
8. 其它临时性工作。

职位要求：

1. 艺术相关专业, 大专以上学历, 3年以上相关工作经验, 良好的美术感觉和功底, 对创意概念领悟性强 , 较强学习能力
2. 熟练操作3Dmax、AutoCAD、Illustrator、Photoshop等软件
3. 思维活跃, 富有创造力, 能独立、快捷完成设计方案及相关工作, 勇于挑战新创意(平立面图及效果图等)
4. 曾参与国际品牌活动或大型展台担任过独立设计的设计师优先;

5. 有4A或活动公关公司(含广告、活动、设计、展示等相关工作)经验者优先;
6. 良好的沟通表达能力, 有责任心, 勤奋乐观, 有团队精神, 为人正直.
