【Responsibilities】
1、Lead HR team, including labor relation, performance, compensation and benefit, policies & procedures development, etc;
2、Develop and manage the performance of Foshan site;
3、Lead and supervise payroll isssues;
4、Lead monthly claims and administration of social insurance, housing fund data
etc;
5、Lead HR team to deliver key HR activities such as position ranking, merit
increase, in-series promotion and employee retention plan etc;
6、Ensure site HR policies compliance and alignment with the government policy &
regulation;
7、Lead and train HR team to improve HR competencies and skills on payrolls, C&B,
labor relation;
8、Implement HR best practices where appropriate.
【Requirements】
1、Bachelor degree major in Human Resources, MBA, etc;
2、8+ years HR experience with labor relation, staffing, compensation and
benefit, etc.
3、Over 5 years of relevant management experience in HR team with solid
experience in C&B;
4、Result-orientated in challenging and adventuring environment;
5、Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills;
6、Excellent command of both English and Chinese;
7、Willing to work under pressure.
