Job Qualification:
1. Minimum of 5 years human resources experience.
2. Minimum of 2 years training manager experience.
3. Preferable to have experience in apparel industry (international brands)
4. Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership.
5. Ability to architect and drive change.
6. Ability to lead in a global, matrix environment.
7. A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment.
8. Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
