Job Title: Operation Director
A leading specialty store retailer in China
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and provide the support of daily retail operations to all regions and collaboration with the brand managers.
2. Manage all retail operational matters. These include store openings, closings, relocation, implementing policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize stock loss, ensuring smooth flow of stock, implementing regular stock-takes
3. Ensure the highest level of service to customers through proper management of staff, housekeeping of the store, optimum level of inventory and smooth operations of all retail stores
4. Handle departmental administrative duties
5. Coordinate on ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 15 years experience in fashion retail business with at least 8 your client is a leading European apparel retailerears at managerial level
2. Hands-on experience on managing retail operation
3. Excellent coaching and data analysis skills
4. Result oriented and with strong business sense
5. People oriented, self motivated and able to work under pressure
6. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
7. Both local and expatriate candidates will be considered
