Job Title: National Sales Manager (全国销售经理)
Our client is a leading fashion retailer in China.

Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the national retail team and all Corporate Stores daily operations
2. Responsible for its P&L as per budget
3. Aggressively explore and open qualified new Corporate Stores with the support from Brand Manager and SG China Retail Development Team as well as back offices
4. Upgrade Corporate Store services standard, team selling skills and develop key managers
5. Streamline and improve retail operation process
Job Requirements:
1. More than 12 years experience in retail operation, among which at least 5 years as national manager
2. Rich knowledge of Supermarkets and Shopping Malls mapping in China, rental methods, cost structure of a brand only store and operation process,
3. Must have experience of opening new stores and development in a certain territory
4. Strategic thinking, familiar with P&L
5. Have be fluent in both written and spoken English
6. Strong management skill, good team player
7. Hands on, hard working and more importantly, ability to work under pressure
8. Background from cosmetics, young fashion or sport garment, accessories industries preferred
