Position: Product Analysis Manager
Our client is a fashion garment retailer.
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
1. Control the buying budget whose position is designed to help and advise the Purchasing team for maximizing the turnover.
2. Build & control the Purchasing Budget.
3. Cooperate with the Finance Department to set up and control the Assortment Plan per season (AW & SS) and the seasonal budget according to Budget targets.
4. Update on a monthly basis the Assortment Plan based on the revised budget and reforecast.
5. Control and update on a weekly TDB in order to work with the Product Managers for the buying authority by period by department.
6. Update and follow-up the weekly TDB, or commercial strategy, to control market share, discount rate, margin rate, target revising by period and by department.
7. Follow-up & Analyze the Sales performance of Products.
8. Draft the Life-Curve of each product, and keep it carefully update in the system in collaboration with the Purchasing team.
9. Provide accurate analysis about the performance of each product per collection on a regular basis and according to the needs of the Product Managers.
10. Detect the Best products and new starting-up; propose actions for repeat-order and calculate the optimal quantity needed according to the delivery date,
11. Detect the Bad products and propose actions for cutting the stocks (i.e. promotions, sales operations).
Job Requirements:
1. At least three years of experience in Retail Company.
2. Management skill Skills.
3. Good English spoken & written.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Strong Business sense.
7. Sense for Fashion.
8. Computer Skills.
9. Strong Knowledge of the Microsoft Pack Office (Excel, Power-Point and Access).
