Location:shanghai
Position:CRM Specialist
Responsibility:
Work with IT Department, in charge of daily CRM system maintenance & VIP data base management
Regular report extraction from CRM system and distribution to relevant departments, find out the pre-sale, after-sales enquiries
Work close PR & activity colleague, develop & implement CRM action plan and the recruitment of VIP, organize CRM events and activities
Implement CRM multi-channel campaigns and workshop independently
Competitor CRM program monitoring and update
Communicate with client for reports and service, customer care hotline & Email maintenance, give out the feedback efficiently
Requirement:
College degree or above.
Patient and careful, strong customer service sense, willingness to share and communicate, willing to travel as required.
Strong skills on data mining and data analysis.
More than 2 years working experience in Fashion/FMCG with CRM relative experience.
Fluent in English and Mandarin
