Positon: Regional Marketing Manager
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibility:
Basic Function:
l Strategize and execute regional campaigns and events;
l Identify and develop partnerships with agencies, government and non-government organizations
l Act as key resource for countries in region for marketing assets and strategies
l Act as Key contact person and information resource for marketing team in corporate headquarter
l Leader in promoting values marketing and company culture
l Effective usage and control of marketing budget
l Marketing Calendar
Responsibility:
l Regional Campaigns
n Aligned with corporate direction and assets, formulate integrated marketing programs for Asia region
n Marketing programs to incorporate loyalty /VIP members as much as possible
n Programs to have elements of ROI and effectiveness measurement
n Planning and execution of regional events
l Agencies Partnerships
n Identify agency requirements and structure review and assignment process
n Involves both main stream marketing as well as government relationship building and NGO/NPO
l Key Resource for countries in region
n Organization and creation of marketing assets to support business in the countries
n Advisory role on marketing campaigns as well as ability to engage directly and be part of execution process if required
n Lead in regional programs and implement with in-country teams when necessary
l Contact Point for Corporate HQ
n Be lead in projects or functions, build and maintain close working relationship with relevant team in HQ
n Presentation of regional programs for approval or best practice sharing from corporate
l Values Marketing
n To be recognized as a leader in growing Timberland Culture in regional office as well as advocate that assist with the countries in Apac
n Support the Global Steward Program
l Marketing Budget
n Effective use and monitoring of assigned marketing working budget
l Marketing Calendar
n Planning and constant updating of marketing calendar
n Serves as working document for regional team as well as countries
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (at Least)
At least 10years of working in international companies
At least 5 years in marketing role with preference on regional experience
Good experience in communicating with regional cross functions as well as global HQ
Strong communication skills; both oral and written in Mandarin and English
Strong presentation skills
Strong desire and initiative to improve present systems, situation
Can travel when required
