职位描述
Postion: IT Helpdesk
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibility:
Provide front-end support on all IT-related enquires and training services for users of the company
Carry out helpdesk support and direct users request to appropriate follow up
Conduct training service and handle administrative works
Work as a line between other Business Support Teams, IT Support Staff and end-users.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree
2-3year IT related expereience
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system, Microsoft Office suit and other office applications, computer periphery systems such as LAN network and printer;
Good communication skills with the local and foreign colleagues at different levels;
Excellent English skills in writing and speaking is mandatory;
Location: Shanghai
