法务 / Legal Counsel

A leading Europe fashion & apparel retailer.

· Contract Review –draft and review contracts or agreements other than leasing agreement in Chinese and English;

· Independently handle cases and incidents occured related to business operation in stores.

· To be consulted by all functions in the company with respect to compliance issues in business activities, providing legal opinions and feasible solutions for business

· Assist Customer Service to handle serious customer claim or dispute in daily operation

· Be responsible for annual inspection and update on business license and other licenses and permits of parent company and all affiliated companies

· Assist head of Legal in implementation of company and legal department strategy; prepare relevant legal documents in order to allow business to take advantage of opportunities and optimize risks.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s law degree or above from either a fine domestic university or an overseas university.

· Have a 2-3 years professional experience, which should include time working in a leading local or international law firm and/or within the legal department of a multinational corporation.

· Have professional skills, including mature, independent judgment, excellent communication, and multicultural interpersonal skills.

· Have own initiatives, fit for a fast paced, high pressure and deadline sensitive environment, willing to travel.

· Language must be fluent (both spoken and in writing) in English and Mandarin.
