QA TECHNOLOGIST FOR HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES:
To ensure quality and European/French regulation compliance of our Household Appliances by driving efficient operation with suppliers, laboratories and French quality team. This in accordance with the policy of the Sourcing & Creation Representative Office.
Product Category:
Big or Small Household Appliances (Ex: Toaster, Coffee maker, Microwave, Vacuum cleaner)
Reports to: Office Quality Manager
Job responsibility:
? Manage and optimize laboratories operation in order to have our products in compliance
with European and French regulation.
? Communicate with quality team and merchandisers on each step of the product development.
? Test the samples in our lab (basic functional tests).
? Perform factory audit.
? Perform inspection during production.
? Perform inspection before shipment.
? Manage suppliers to get product improvements and certification documents.
? Organize and participate the business trips with the foreign quality team.
Job requirements:
? 3 to 5-year experience in Big/Small Household Appliances.
? Excellent product technology and manufacturing knowledge.
? Figure minded, stringent.
? Good communication and organisation skills.
? Team work capability.
? Fit for a fast paced, high pressure and deadline sensitive environment.
? Flexible, the understanding of the irregular working hours is required.
? Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. French is a plus.
