Job Title: Garment QA (Woven/Knit/Sweater)



Responsibilities:

1. Conduct sample evaluation in terms of fitting, measurement.

2. Construction /making method, workmanship & functional performance.

3. Details of the original sample should be used as reference.

4. Prepare size specification for approval sample making

5. Check if the quality of the material, trims, and accessories used are correct, safe, and functionally reliable.

6. Provide technical advice to factories for improvement when needed.

7. Clearly highlight potential quality problems and necessary precautions to factories / QC before production.

8. Provide technical support to factories and inspectors during production when needed.

9. Maintain a proper record for technical reference information.

10. Keep a proper record of quality performance for samples submitted by each vendor.

11. Prepare weekly work done report per each technician; indicate sample in/ out time and number of samples checked.




Requirements:

1. As least 5 years' related working experience.

2. Technical qualification in garment technology or in the products handled.

3. Strong technical knowledge in paper pattern, production process and quality.

4. Able to communicate with customers and suppliers clearly.

5. Proficient at both oral and written English.

6. Good product sense and able to attend to details.
