QC Manager / QC Supervisor Product: Hardline & Softline Base: Shanghai & Dongguan Client: buying office Job Purpose Plan, organize and control all quality inspection functions, supervise QC inspectors to implement the company's QC program to ensure company's quality and safety requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring all products shipped meet the necessary quality and safety standards Lead and motivate inspectors to conduct QC inspections and reporting Provide technical advice and training to inspectors for quality improvement. Resolve quality problems found in factories Conduct factory evaluation on quality and compliance Oversee weekly inspection scheduling Provide control reporting on key performance indicators Work with Head of Quality to review and upgrade the company's QC system Job Requirements: University graduate with technical qualification in the products handled Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system. Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors Good interpersonal and communication skill. Excellent spoken and written English skills & Putonhua Hardlines and softlines experience
