Qualification:
1. Bachelor or Master degree, major in Chemistry or Material
2. At least 2 years experience in product development, experience in formulation design is preferred
3. Independent ability of problem solving skill, potential to complete project independently.
4. Hard working and self motivated to learn in a dynamic environment under pressure.
5. Pay attention to details with good planning, clear pass down, and summary report.
Major responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Perform R&D activities arranged by project leader to ensure the successful achievement of projects
2. Design and implement short-term experiment plans for product development and trouble shooting
3. Keep updated documentation of all technical activities in precision and detail, prepare summary report
4. Prepare samples in pilot plant for internal test and customer demo
Support lab 6s work to ensure cleanness and safety in workshop area
