Qualification:
1. Master degree or above in chemistry or materials fields. Ph.D is preferable
2. 2+ years' industrial working experience in dealing with chemistry including formulation development, surface modification and preparation. Organic residue clean related experience is preferable
3. Demonstrated track record of successful product development and strong innovation capability, record of proven systematic thinking and scientifically problem solving ability
4. Hard working and self learning under high pressure
5. Proactive, initiative and a good team player
6. Good presentation and communication skills, able to communicate in English verbally and in writing y attention to details with good planning, clear pass down, and summary report
Major responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Understand the technical background and direction in the assigned field
2. Conduct fundamental study to understand the interaction between liquid and metal&dielectric substrates at micro level in assigned systems
3. Responsible for product development and fundamental study, preferably familiar with chelator and surfactants
4. Develop and optimize methodologies in characterizing special chemical additives
5. Improve product performance based on customer's feedback
