职位描述
1、根据公司发展战略，制定淘宝店铺的营销策划方案
2、要有会使用淘宝7大营销工具（直通车/淘客/淘江湖/卖霸/钻石展位/焦点图/店铺街）的经验来提升店铺流量
3、定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，并提交推广效果的统计分析报表，及时提出营销改进措施，给出切实可行的改进方案
4、淘宝数据分析统计，热销产品走势，热门成交关键词的提取
5、负责淘宝店日常维护、产品更新、能独立操作店铺陈列，以增强店铺吸引力、产品销量
6、客服团队的管理，监督，考核，优化
7、推动团队业绩增长，完成店铺销售指标
职位要求：
1、5年以上网络社区或电子商务网站运营策划经验；有淘宝等购物网站的开店或皇冠店铺工作经验（尤其是淘宝商城运营经验）
2、熟悉淘宝的运营环境、淘宝指定的交易规则、淘宝的推广，淘宝网站广告资源
3、懂得淘宝店铺后台工具应用及推广工具的使用
4、懂得如何策划宝贝描述页面和店铺首页，熟悉淘宝运营原理，有淘宝推广与开店经验者优先；熟悉淘宝网站运作情况，熟悉各大论坛运作情况
5、熟悉淘宝网用户沟通技巧
6、有聚划算、淘金币、社区推广资源者优先录用
7、有大型活动策划的成功案例（如双十一、双十二、十一）者优先

本公司提供手编和针织手套，帽子，围巾；车缝棒球帽，渔夫帽；梭织围巾和经编围巾，帽子等。在OEM/ODM上有着丰富的经验。产品主要销往欧美，客人有：H&M、NEXT、WAL-MART、NAF NAF等。

Established in May 2001, Shanghai Style Fashion Accessories Co., Ltd. is an apparel company engaged in the design, production and sales of the most fashionable accessories, such as, gloves, caps and muffles. The annual export of the company accounts for US$45million, and it has one affiliated factory and two stock-sharing factories as well as more than ten partner factories. The affiliated factory has 300 workers, and its major products include knitted dress and baseball caps.
Our company supplies hand-made and knitted gloves, caps, muffles, sewed baseball caps, fisherman's caps, woven and warp knitted muffles, caps, etc.. It is highly experienced in OEM/ODM business. We have some customers in Europe and USA. There are H&M, NEXT, WAL-MART, NAF NAF etc.
