职位描述：

Job Purpose

Fulfill the customer
service with order following, flight details and arrival status feedback and
all relevant in house work for a smooth running of KN business and match
client’s service requirement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

? Coordinate with client’s purchasing, CSR,
commercial team and KN operations to ensure all inbound and outbound shipments
are safely and on time delivered to customer;

? Act as the main daily contact window
between KN and client logistics team, instructions and requirements delivering
to KN operations, ensuring client Q-end shipping plans 100% fulfilled;

? Client’s logistics system (E-tong)
maintenance, data uploading and downloading;

? Respond to consults/inquiries from internal
and external customers;

? Maintain daily report;

? Follow up daily order;

? Combine charge list; and,

? Complete other tasks assigned by KN or
client’s logistics team leader.

Problem Solving:

? Check with sending station and arrange
relevant flight based on client’s deadline; and,

? Clarify the irregular cargo status and work
out the solution with operator to solve the problem like Cargo missing, cross
labeling, mis-routed and wrong cargo received.

Your skills and
experience

?Colleague degree,

?Solid knowledge on freight forwarding business

?more than 2 years customer service/ operator
experience in international forwarding company

?Proficiency in Microsoft PPT and Excel,basic
SAP system knowledge

?Good customer service attitude

?Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility
and integrity

?Strong sense of compliance

?Comfortable and effective communicating with
internal and external contacts at various levels within the organization

?Good English in both verbal and written
