职位描述：
Job Description
1. Production planning. Based upon the sales contract, organize the weekly production meeting, coordinate with purchasing and logistics to meet the on-time delivery.
2. Develop the assembly methods, including tooling, instructions etc., training the assembly works.
3. Communicate and coordinate with BOGE German headquarter on the related production management issues.
4. Quality control for assembly up to BOGE standard.
5. Streamline the workshop activities to achieve the efficiency target
6. Pre-delivery testing, make sure the test room facility is up to local governmental requirements; develop the testing methods/instructions according to BOGE standard and the related regulations
7. Actively participate the new product projects, low-cost sourcing projects
8. Fixed assets maintenance and other daily management; supervision of the fire-fighting system
9. EHS tasks related to production/testing

Expected candidate requirements
1. +5 year production experience in mechanical/electrical industry; +3 year in the management position; experience with multi-national company will be a plus
2. Decent English language skill is a must
3. Should have proven record in quality management
4. Bachelor’s degree or above with major in mechanical or electrical engineering
5. Good leadership, team-working spirit and communication skill
