工作职责：
1. 协助部门经理对公司网站，微信微博等其他社交网络平台的信息发布和更新。
2. 协助部门经理在合作网站上发布和更新信息。
3. 协助部门经理完成公司各项活动的策划与执行。
4.负责市场部内部行政事宜。
5.能协助照片和录像的拍摄及制作，懂PS或AI基本操作。
7. 其他部门总监交代的任务。

任职要求：
1.有一定的英语沟通能力，部门总监为外籍人士。
2.有行政工作经验。
3.组织能力强，积极向上，主动性强，具有团队意识，注重细节，友善可靠者为上。
4.具有出色的沟通能力

Duties and responsibilities:

? Support with online marketing, such as newsletter, social media, website and blog, search engine optimization, and online advertising.
? Assist with quality control for the department.
? Manage ELG’s databases.
? Support department with logistics, including coordination with Operations, meeting set up, booking transportation, arranging for meeting rooms, and other logistics needs as they arise.
? Administrative tasks including arranging for kuaidi shipment, answering the telephone, organizing office storage, and data management (e.g. Dropbox organization).
? Manage procurement, including printing, for the department.
? Support ELG events with planning, onsite support, and feedback.
? Attending outreach events.
? Photography and videography support.
? Overall Chinese language support.

Minimum Requirements:

? Excellent computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
? Minimum 1 years of marketing experience
? Native Mandarin speaker; high level of English (aural and written); other language skills (especially French and German) are desired

ELG is a social enterprise that provides special education, behavioral, developmental, mental health services for both the local and international communities.

Speech-language pathologist Dr. Shari D. Rosen was the first American developmental therapist based in China. When she saw the lack of resources available in Shanghai for families of children with special needs, she, husband Monte Rosen, and friend Andrew Hill came together to form ELG. ELG was launched in 2006.

ELG offers speech-language therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, behavior therapy, and mental health counseling by appointment. Some examples include support with learning disabilities, sleep difficulties, handwriting, mental health challenges, coordination, social skills, and much more. People can call with any issue, even if they aren’t sure what specific type of therapy or assessment they need. ELG sees over 600 clients per year across China.

ELG also offers training to parents and professionals, as well as consultation for safeguarding and crisis management.

通过预约，学建可提供言语语言干预、物理干预、职能干预、行为干预和心理健康咨询。同样对包括学习障碍、睡眠问题、书写障碍、精神问题、协调能力和社交能力等方面提供支持。即便是无法确定自己需要什么类型的干预或评估，人们也可以打电话就任何问题进行咨询。学建每年为全中国超过600个家庭提供服务。
