职位描述：
一、岗位目的：
Job Purpose:
在公司项目要求的基础上，有效地管理资源，确保项目节点以及所负责的现场的成本控制。控制以可持续的方法提供设备并且实施已经决定的持续改善行动。
Base on company projects requirements, efficiently manage resources to ensure project milestones and cost control for responsible site(s). Control provided equipment in a sustainable way and implement the decided continuously improvement actions.
二、岗位描述：
Job Descriptions:
1. 负责领导自己公司和/或供应商的组长以专业和高效地方法完成相应的安装/装配工作并且确保要求的安装/质量标准在计划的框架和预算里。
Responsible to lead own and / or hired leader to realize delegated installation / assembly work in a professional and efficient way and ensure required assembly / quality standard within planned time frame and budget.
2. 积极努力支持项目团队解决问题，确保项目在质量，时间和成本方面的进行
Actively support project team effort in problem solutions to ensure desired project Performance in quality, time and cost.
3. 准备和参加操作层面上的客户会议（生产，维护…），澄清技术问题，定义行动计划，确保实现承诺的时间计划
Prepare and attend Customer meetings on the operational level (Production, Maintenance…) to clarify technical topics, define action plan and ensure realization in the committed timeline.
4. 确保准备好所负责的现场的所有需要的文件/记录/说明书/计划 Ensure the preparation of all required documents / records / descriptions / planning for the responsible site.
5. 严格遵守库卡安全和行政政策
Strictly follow all KUKA safety and administration policies.
6. 遵守公司/事业部/部门要求/政策，确保在解决问题，项目表现和环境健康安全方面的专业能力Follow company/BU/department requirements/strategies to ensure competent Professionalism in solution, project performance and EHS.

Basic Qualifications 教育与学历：
Education & Academic Qualifications
? 大学或同等教育水平，在机械/气路方面
? Junior colleague or equivalent experience level in mechanic / pneumatic
工作经验要求：
Working Experiences
? 4年以上工作经验
? 04+ years of working experience;
? 2年以上领导经验
? 02+ years of Leading experience
? 5年以上同类业务经验
? 05+ years of similar industry experience;
特殊资格要求：
Specific Qualifications
专业知识与
工作技能Professional Knowledge and Working Skills (Hard Skills) ? 良好的机械/气路理解能力
? Good mechanical / pneumatic understanding
? 对钻孔，铣削，车削和磨削的基础了解
? Basic understanding of drilling, milling, turning and grinding
? 技术图纸的良好理解能力Good understanding of technical drawings
? 掌握Windows/MS Office知识
? Good Windows / MS Office knowledge
? 熟悉OEM车身车间的布局和流程
? Understand OEM body shop layout and processes;
? 熟悉OEM车身车间安装/装配标准
? Understand OEM body shop installation / assembly standards;
