岗位职责：

1.负责测试实验室,管理测试设备

2.负责测试验证PCB设计,尤其RF相关部分

3.基于与参数的射频测试,比如使用网络分析仪和频谱分析仪RF匹配调节.

4.和IC设计工程师合作,制定IC验证测试方案,并执行各测试项,与IC设计工程师合作制定芯片Characterization测试方案并执行.

5.开发自动测试环境,比如perl/labview/C等

6.参与认证测试,比如FCC/CE/EMI/EMC, BQB.

7.与第三方测试实验室合作,进行ESD, Latch-up & Reliability测试.

8.负责wafer sort及量产测试

9.负责维护开放给客户的datasheets和相关技术文档

任职要求:

1.电子工程相关专业,本科以上学历

2.对RF和微波系统有扎实基础,熟悉RF测试协议

3.必须具备RF测试相关工作经验,熟练使用各种RF仪器,比如spectrum analyzer, vector signal generator, network analyzer, vector signal analyzer

4.无线产品开发经验

5.熟练使用PCB版图软件,比如PADS,ORCAD, Protel

6.有测试程序开发能力优先考虑

7.良好的数据分析能力和解决问题能力

8.能定位客户端返回的故障芯片的故障点，并搭建测试环境，确认故障原因

9.良好的团队合作能力，能适应快节奏高强度的的工作。

Responsibilities:

(1) In charge of the test lab, maintain the instruments

(2) In charge of DV PCB design/layout/review, especially RF related parts.

(3) S-parameter measurements, for example RF matching tuning using Network Analyzer & Spectrum Analyzer.

(4) Co-work with IC design engineer to define/develop the IC verification test items and perform the DV tests. Co-work with IC design engineer to define/develop the IC Characterization test items and perform the Characterization tests.

(5) In-lab auto test development by perl/labview/C, etc…

(6) Take part in certification tests, such as FCC/CE/EMI/EMC, BQB.

(7) Co-work with 3^rd party test labs to perform ESD, Latch-up & Reliability Tests.

(8) In charge of wafer sort tests & final tests. Support production test partners such as foundry and test houses.

(9) Maintain product quality thru yield and failure analysis. Maintain datasheets & technical documents released to customers. Take part in customer support.

Requirements:

(1) EE or equivalent experience, BS or above

(2) Solid knowledge of RF/microwave systems, Wifi/Bluetooth/FM preferred. Familiar with RF test specs, Wifi/Bluetooth/FM preferred.

(3) RF IC Test experience is a MUST. Hands-on experience with RF instruments, such as spectrum analyzer, vector signal generator, network analyzer, vector signal analyzer, and etc.

(4) Design experience with radio products is a plus. Former experience with design for production test is a plus.

(5) PCB layout skills by PADS. (other tools such as ORCAD, Protel acceptable)

(6) Test program development capability (perl/labview/C/C++, etc…) is preferred

(7) Good problem solving skills, creative and innovative. Excellent data analysis, and communication skills

(8) Capable to analyze the field failure return from customer which related to the product characteristic and provide technical solution to address the field failure

(9) Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, work in a fast paced technical environment.
